Our wild mint bitters adds pop and freshness to any drink. Using local mint varieties we extract all the goodness we can from the whole plant with a range of different treatments, all to give you this monster. Add a few drops of this magic instead of absinthe for a twist or chuck a drop in your favourite cocktail for some added menthol freshness.
